派對女孩是個困難模式之前的 NPC 商販，出售喜慶的小玩具物品和家具。

和大多數其他城鎮 NPC 不同，派對女孩在以下條件滿足時的每個早上和晚上有 2.5*1/40 (2.5%) 幾率隨機生成，而非在條件滿足時保證會出現。這個隨機幾率同樣也應用於她死後的重生。所述條件要求：

沒有其他 NPC 等待搬進來。
有一間空房屋。
14 / 12 / 8 名其他城鎮 NPC。注意老人、旅商、和鎮寵計入此數量中，但髏商並不。^[2]

在 Desktop version, Console version, Mobile version, Nintendo Switch version, and tModLoader version中，派對女孩會朝附近的敵怪扔快樂手榴彈來自衛，在遊戲開始時能造成 30 / 45 / 52 傷害，並且（在 Desktop version, Console version, Mobile version, and Nintendo Switch version中）隨着玩家推進她會得到各種屬性提升。^[1]她偶爾還會向玩家投擲彩紙。她死亡時有時候會掉落大量快樂手榴彈。

在 Desktop version, Console version, Mobile version, and Nintendo Switch version中，若在自然發生的派對期間和他交談，她會給第一位與其交談的玩家一塊蛋糕塊。

音樂切換 [ | ]

在進入過種子為 05162020 的世界後，遊戲就解鎖了將默認配樂切換為泰拉瑞亞：異界版配樂的選項，通過在派對女孩處選擇「音樂」選項來進行。一旦解鎖，此選項就適用於所有玩家和所有世界。

泰拉瑞亞版配樂中的每一首曲子都會被替換，在泰拉瑞亞：異界中沒有直接對應版本的那些曲子會使用相關度最高的那首；例如，地下叢林會使用泰拉瑞亞：異界的叢林主題曲，而非泰拉瑞亞的地下叢林主題曲。

在多人模式世界中，只有自己使用過「音樂」選項的玩家才會聽到替換的曲目，而只有進入過種子為 05162020 世界的玩家才能看到那個選項。但是，在多人模式世界中異界八音盒是所有人都可以聽的，無論他們之前是否已經切換過該選項。

每首新歌都有對應的單獨八音盒，統稱為「異界版八音盒」。

離開世界後，音樂會恢復為默認設置。

雖然派對女孩大多被視為小玩具和裝飾物品的來源，但她有一些物品相當有用：

Redigit 和 Cenx 表示，派對女孩的靈感部分來自於加拿大-美國兒童動畫奇幻電視連續劇《小馬寶莉：友誼就是魔法（My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic）》中的角色碧琪（Pinkie Pie）。^[3]^[4] 名字 Sparkle 和 Trixy 可能來自於同一系列中的人物紫悅公主（Princess Twilight Sparkle）和崔克茜（Trixie）。
派對女孩的外形是由《泰拉瑞亞》前美工 Waffles 畫的。
名字 Bambi 可能來自 1942 年的美國動畫電影《Bambi（小鹿斑比）》及其同名角色。
派對女孩和樹妖可能都叫 Isis。
