滴滴怪是只會在血月期間生成的飛行敵怪。它懸浮在地面以上並緩慢的飄向玩家，但大多數武器都能輕易將其擊退。它會以很低的概率掉落鯊牙項鍊、錢幣槽或[[血淚|]]。

備註

• 在白天，滴滴怪會忽略任何玩家並飄走，最終消失。
• 任何時間都可以用滴滴怪雕像召喚滴滴怪。這樣召喚來的滴滴怪物品掉落率更低，不會掉落血淚、並且如果是被機關殺死的就不會掉落任何物品。

花絮

• 在美術效果、生成條件、和物品掉落方面，滴滴怪非常類似於血腥殭屍。
• 滴滴怪看起來有些類似於血肉牆面具。
