Empty Bullets can be purchased from the 军火商 after 困难模式 is unlocked. While they have no function as 弹药 on their own, Empty Bullets can be used to craft Hardmode 子弹s with special effects.

小知识

• A single Empty Bullet is the cheapest purchasable item in the PC version. In non-PC versions, the only items with a lower cost used to be the Fountains sold- or rather given away- by the 巫医 for free until 1.3.0.1.
• Despite their name, empty bullets appear to be bullet casings rather than bullets.
