The 蜜蜂斗篷 is a 困难模式 配饰 that combines the effects of the 星星斗篷 and the 蜂窝. When the player is injured, three stars will fall on the player's current location and bees are released.

- The 星星斗篷's, Bee Cloak's and 星星面纱's falling star effects don't stack. Only three stars will fall at a time no matter how many of these items you have equipped.
- The 蜂窝's, 甜心项链's, 蜂蜜气球's and Bee Cloak's bee spawning effect don't stack. Only one bee will appear after being damaged no matter how many of these items you have equipped.
- Because of the requirement of hardmode to obtain this item, you may find the weaker bees obsolete. However, having the full set of 山铜盔甲 will cause the flower petals from the set bonus to attack the bees' target.
