This weapon has a chance to drop from Jungle Crates found via fishing in the Jungle. By setting up an outpost viable for fishing there, the player can gain a great advantage without need to defeat bosses or venture into deadly biomes.
This weapon will suffice to protect the player when exploring Evil Biomes in pre-hardmode
Owning this gun (or any other guns/bullets) will cause the arms dealer to move in once proper housing has been made.
Due to its slow speed, combining the Rapid modifier with piercing bullets, like meteor bullets, can make for a decent crowd control weapon.
Playing as a gunslinger, this weapon can get you through most of pre-Hardmode.
